Bitter Fusetti Cacao was born in 2021 under a different name: Academia Edition. It was a limited edition version that warmed the hearts of bartenders and people alike, so much so that we had to produce two releases of 1893 bottles. However, following the great demand we received over the years, we decided to make it an ongoing and regular product, always present in the Fusetti catalog to give the constant opportunity to create more 'warming and enveloping' drinks. Bitter Fusetti Cacao is characterised by infusions of cacao berries and orange. A combination of flavours that gives a softer note to the bitter and make it versatile for all-round mixing. Bursting image, the only version with a black label, to leave its mark!
